1. Limited Product Warranty. Effective 4-1-2025.

Essential Attachments warrants their products to the original purchaser against physical manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of shipment or retail purchase, whichever occurs first. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts or components, at Essential Attachments’ sole discretion. Repair or replacement shall be the purchaser’s exclusive remedy under this warranty. This warranty does not cover commercial use or any application beyond the intended purpose and specified rating outlined in the operator’s manual.

Limited Warranty and Liability Disclaimer

The purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty, defect, or other liability shall be the repair or replacement of the purchased product. Under no circumstances shall the manufacturer be liable for economic loss, incidental, or consequential damage.

The manufacturer disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This limited warranty shall not be construed to hold Essential Attachments, or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or assigns, responsible for any injury or damage to persons, businesses, or property of any kind, nor for any expenses or losses incurred due to labor, supplies, substitute machinery rental, or any other reason.

The purchaser assumes all liability for any personal injury and/or property damage resulting from the handling, possession, or use of the products.

2. Warranty Limitations and Exclusions

This warranty is void and does not cover the following:

• Standard wear-and-tear components, including but not limited to: knives, oil, chain sprockets, skid shoes, knife mounting discs, bearings, belts, hoses, ground-engaging parts (such as wheels, tires, teeth, blades, blade holders, driveline slip clutches, cutting edges, pilot bits, auger teeth, broom bristles), shear bolts, and other similar components.
• Routine maintenance, service, or adjustments.
• Damage resulting from abuse, misuse, negligence, modifications, accidents, improper maintenance, or failure to properly service Essential Attachments products as outlined in the Operator’s Manual.
• Damage due to improper operation, application, installation, adjustment, or setup.
• Any modifications not explicitly approved by Essential Attachments in the Operator’s Manual.
• Use or installation of unauthorized parts or components.
• Disassembly of any kind, including housing components and motors, may void the warranty. Contact Essential Attachments for instructions and authorization before disassembly to confirm warranty coverage.
• Any components that have been disassembled, including but not limited to pumps, gearboxes, cylinders, and motors.
• Custom-built or modified attachments produced by Essential Attachments at the purchaser’s request.
• Damage resulting from exceeding the recommended GPM flow rate, pressure, or HP rating specified in the Operator’s Manual or equipment information tags.
• Cylinder leaks not caused by a manufacturing defect or occurring after the attachment’s initial hookup.
• External causes, including accidents or events beyond Essential Attachments’ reasonable control.
• Parts and Service prior to warranty claim submission and approval, Essential Attachments does not cover purchases for unapproved parts or labor claims from unauthorized service shops.
• Travel expenses.

3. Warranty Terms

Hoses, Couplers, and Connections

• Essential Attachments provides universal-size hoses, but compatibility varies by machine. Users are responsible for adjusting hose length and ensuring proper routing to prevent tangling, pinching, crushing, or other damage. Hose extenders and keepers are available at an additional cost.
• Standard quick couplers are included with most attachments, while others require separate purchases. Coupler compatibility varies by manufacturer. Essential Attachments can modify couplers before shipment if specified in the order but is not responsible for compatibility after shipment unless noted at the time of purchase.

Cylinders

• Defective cylinders are covered for one (1) year. Disassembly voids the warranty. Warranty claims must be submitted before disassembly or repair, defective cylinders must be reviewed by Essential Attachments for instructions to repair or replace.

Gearbox Warranty

• One (1) year coverage for seals unless damaged by misuse. After one year, seals are considered wear items.
• Warranty replacements may be new or rebuilt gearboxes at Essential Attachments’ discretion.
• Proper maintenance, including correct lubrication and fluid changes as outlined in the User Manual, is required to maintain coverage.

Additional Terms

• The warranty applies only to the original purchase from an authorized Essential Attachments retailer.
• Covers new Essential Attachments products; used or rebuilt items are excluded unless expressly covered in the sale order.
• Repair/replacement location is determined by Essential Attachments.
• Users must follow GPM, pressure, and HP requirements to avoid voiding the warranty.
• No extended warranties are available.
• Essential Attachments may update product designs/specifications without obligation to previous buyers.
• No third party has the authority to modify this warranty.
• This policy supersedes any previous versions.
